I feel like it's never too early or too late to make meaningful changes in life. Therapy is a scary word for many people, but when you look at it in its pure form, therapy is just a conversation between two people with the same goal of moving a person forward, and closer to their goals. I am a person who doesn't judge and just looks for the best path forward for my clients. I've been practicing for many years and love this work. I'll meet you where you are, and you and I can make a plan to help you become your best self. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy & Trauma-Focused Therapy.
