I am an experienced licensed clinical therapist providing counseling services to adults. I can provide you with the skills to improve your life and facilitate positive and effective changes so you can move forward. We will work together to understand and work through the issues. My work experience consists of providing individual, family & group therapy at Somerset Medical Center Outpatient Program (dual diagnosis) helping adults manage their illness. Also, I was employed at Princeton Behavioral Health working with Trauma Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT & Process). I am currently seeing clients both in person and virtually.
