Together, we explore the themes and patterns in your life, past and present, that may be interfering with your personal satisfaction and growth. We work to expand your perspective, increase understanding of yourself and your relationships, enhance and develop more effective coping strategies and communication skills. I believe that therapy is most effective in an atmosphere of safety, empathy and collaboration and I strive to foster that through active engagement, openness and flexibility.
