Support and Understanding for Adults 40 +. We provide emotional support and counseling to adults experiencing challenging life transitions. You will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, gain insight into your feelings and apply concepts of positive aging which improve your overall health, happiness and coping skills. We offer Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology. It is coaching to help you realize you have the ability to change your thoughts, language, values, memories, beliefs and attitudes which then changes your behavior. It can result in meaningful personal shifts that enable you to reach your goals and dreams.
