Through exploring and processing your experiences in a safe space, we can access self-energy towards building internal and external supports for stability, happiness, & lasting change, one day/one step at a time. My counseling style incorporates multiple approaches such as CBT, IFS, EFT, Brainspotting, Trauma-focused, client centered, and recovery focused therapies, skills honed over the last 26 yrs. I also offer professional supervision & ongoing case consultation, as well as coaching for out of state clients.
