I feel that the key to success in therapy is that the client is capable of making changes and improving their own life. I am there to just help to organize those thoughts and nudge you occasionally. Clients can bring concerns of trauma, relationship, self esteem, communication, anxiety, depression, and many more. All of these can be addressed, with a healthy dose of willingness to change and the ability to be honest with oneself and others.
