Life is meaning-making, balance, control, and guidance. We don’t walk alone. I am a fellow traveler who co-navigates the healing journey to peace and purpose. My person-centered/existential perspective believes “pathology” is imbalance, keeping you from your best life. I seek to co-explore your life and self to reach goals, releasing old patterns. Together, we manage challenge, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My journey overcame these, including physical illness and care-giving, which taught me empathy. I sing, write poetry, and love nature—all connect me to spirit. I am a math minor who believes logic coexists with emotion.
