My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and humanistic, rooted in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth and healing. I specialize in working with young adults, college students, and individuals navigating life transitions. Using a blend of evidence based practices, I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals.
