When the waves are crashing, I am here to help hold you afloat. Hi, I am Sharon, a Licensed Independent Addictions Counselor and LIAC Clinical Supervisor. With 26 years of experience working in the mental health field, 15 years working in substance abuse treatment, and 18 years of experience in personal recovery, I bring an arsenal of support and skills to help those battling with addiction and co-occurring conditions. I use modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you discover and embrace resilience as we navigate through recovery together.
