I am an LCSW licensed in New York and a proud Afro-Latina, bilingual therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work is driven by a deep commitment to empowering Black and Brown individuals as they pursue personal growth and long-term fulfillment. I strive to meet clients wherever they are on their therapeutic journey. I combine different mental health models, such as CBT and Mindfulness, that best suit their unique needs, always keeping the client at the center of our work together. My goal is to serve as an active partner and accountability buddy to ensure clients move past obstacles as we reach their individual goals together.
