Welcome! My name is Shashonna, I am licensed in Mental Health and Substance Abuse in Delaware and North Carolina. During the past 15 years, I’ve gained valuable academic training and real-life experiences that help me meet individuals where they are and empower them to heal, grow, and meet their goals. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and I’m experienced in helping individuals work through various life challenges and the unexpected changes that we all experience at different times in our lives.
