Hi, I’m Shasta Minery, LCSW. I work with individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges—anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. I also work with first responders and others in high-stress professions, helping clients navigate the unique pressures they face. Many of my clients are looking for a safe space to explore their feelings, build coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting change.
