Whether it's dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other life changes, I strive to offer empathy, support, and practical strategies that can lead to lasting positive change. With teens, I find an incredible sense of hope and potential. Adolescence is such a critical period of development, and I love being able to provide a safe space and help youth explore their identities and express their emotions.
