I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges they face in their relationships with their loved ones, as well as the challenges they may face with themselves due to anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. With over 20 years in this field, I have developed a supportive therapeutic style utilizing effective treatment modalities to help clients feel empowered to achieve their goals.
