I believe that everyone has the power to reach their full potential. I have a great passion for this work and strive to empower my clients toward meaningful personal growth while celebrating their successes, no matter how small. I am open to working with adolescents and adults, as well as couples and families. It is my goal to support each client in bettering their situation, whatever it may be, by working along side them to remind them of their resilience or tapping into strengths and discovering new coping skills to facilitate growth and allow them to feel more grounded and capable.
