As a licensed psychotherapist, I work with adults providing both individual and couples therapy. I have extensive training in treating anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, marital/relationship issues, grief and loss, and trauma. I also provide therapy for those making stressful life transitions, seeking a more balanced lifestyle, perfectionistic tendencies, self-confidence, and greater self-awareness. Together, we can examine how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your daily life in either helpful or unhelpful ways. What I love about this work is that I am able to inspire individuals to improve their life circumstances.
