Shawn is a therapist and coach who works with adults and children of all ages. Shawn has a particular interest in how we as people thrive, heal, and rise. Prior to becoming a therapist, Shawn spent twenty five years as a leader in supply chain, where he developed a deep respect for all people and the way in which we are all interconnected. He utilizes a client centered, humanistic approach, focusing on aspects of mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
