I work with individuals who are ready to make sense of their story and move toward healing and a deeper sense of meaning. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space to be honest, feel heard, and reconnect with hope. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Meinrad Seminary. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, while also offering practical tools to help navigate everyday challenges.
