Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia and Utah. I received my Masters from the University of Utah and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults from all walks of life struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, and addiction to be the best versions of themselves. I have expertise in Motivational Interviewing, and cognitive based therapies to empower personal growth and healing. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
