I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to heal from wounds that exist due to life challenges and traumas. I have made it the mission in my career to be a facilitator in the process of healing from within through the life-changing gift of therapy. I am here to guide you through more effective ways of thinking and behaving, and to be more present in the moment. I will introduce techniques for relaxation that allow anxieties to melt away. I will listen and be nonjudgmental and accepting in the process of hearing your voice. I will hear and see the person you authentically and naturally are.
