Accepting new clients! Life can feel heavy after trauma, loss, or overwhelming stress: but you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with teens (15+) and adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life’s toughest challenges. Many of my clients are veterans, first responders, or survivors of sexual assault seeking a path to healing. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by past events, yet long for relief, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.
