Hello and Welcome! My name is Shawn Perkin. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor here in Boulder, Colorado. I have been providing father support here in Boulder County for the past 20 years! Becoming and being a father can often be both the most rewarding and the most challenging part of our lives. Balancing the requests and demands of our partners, children, employers, society and even ourselves oftentimes leaves us fathers feeling overworked, under appreciated, and even isolated; not knowing which direction to turn and rarely daring to ask for help.
