I offer a grounded, welcoming space for people who are holding a lot and need room to pause. My approach is collaborative and thoughtfully paced, with attention to both emotional and nervous-system needs. I work with caregivers, parents, teens, and adults navigating family stress, transitions, or feeling stretched thin. We begin where you are and work toward greater steadiness and clarity. My work focuses on helping clients slow down, untangle what feels heavy, and shift out of survival mode. I specialize in caregiver strain, family dynamics, and emotional regulation, shaping therapy around each person’s history, patterns, and conditioning. Together, we build insight, self-trust, and the ability to respond with more choice and intention.
