My passion is working with children and young people dealing with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, guilt & shame, trauma, self-esteem issues, and chronic illness/pain. I want to know what the client's needs are and how I can meet them so that we can reach their therapeutic goals. Therapy for me is a collaboration. I would love to help clients with their specific needs in several different areas whether it is through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, or Internal Family Systems Therapy. I usually tend to do what the client wants and needs as well as how they process their thoughts and emotions.
