Do you or someone you know have a teenager or young adult struggling with extreme emotions, loneliness, sadness, and/or social anxiety? Adolescents and young adults cope differently with daily stressors than older adults. It is my job to assist all those struggling with sorting out difficult emotions, and aiding in the development of healthy coping strategies so those struggling can find healing and strength within themselves. Developing a safe space with honest and empathetic therapy, I am experienced in emotion regulation, distress tolerance and mindfulness healing for those seeking natural healing and living.
