Hi, I am so glad you're here! I am currently accepting new clients with daytime availability Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. I foster a non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I work best with clients who are open and ready to make changes in their lives. I specialize in working with adults who experience trauma disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and motherhood/fertility challenges. As a Veteran, I am also very knowledgeable in working with Military/Veterans, and First Responders.
