Current openings for new clients on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, as well as some Fridays. Reaching out for support is difficult, but you've taken the first step and I'm so happy you're here. I utilize a person-centered, trauma informed approach, which means I offer an inviting and inclusive space for you to explore and process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. You deserve to feel heard, validated, and cared for as you begin your healing journey. My priority is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing anything and everything. I specialize in working with children and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, and life transitions. I incorporate expressive techniques in therapy, including play, art, and music, especially when working with children. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and am working on EMDR consultation to complete my training.
