Hello! I'm Shayna. I believe therapy is a place where you can breathe a little easier and show up exactly as you are, without judgment. Life, as we know, comes with plenty of challenges. My role is to walk alongside you with guidance, honesty, and care, so you don’t have to carry it all on your own. I’m passionate about working with women, mental health professionals, teens, and couples. Clients often seek counseling with me because they feel exhausted, anxious, and uncertain about managing the demands of life: college, family issues, friendships, romantic relationships, or the pressures of maintaining a fulfilling career.
