Hello! I’m glad you’re considering getting support for the many challenges life throws our way. I specialize in treating complex trauma (including systemic trauma) and neurodiversity. I primarily use EMDR and ACT but practice from a Jungian lens: basically that means I like to dive deep into our inner worlds and give voice to the things we’ve often had to shove down in order to survive. I incorporate dreamwork, expressive arts, and spiritual practices based on your personal interests and comfort.
