My ideal client is someone struggling with difficult circumstances, stressors or trauma. They need a guide for how to navigate healing for their mind, body and emotions. The goal for therapy is to go from barely making it through the day due to anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, etc. to thriving, having a new lease on life, healing their broken places and emotions. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and discovery new paths to living a more fulfilling life.
