Now Accepting New Clients! I am a Post Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals and families of diverse backgrounds. I use evidence-based methods to help make my clients’ relationships and lives more healthy and functional. Some techniques I use include cognitive challenging exercises, mindfulness strategies, and emotional awareness. I also incorporate homework and mental exercises if my clients find it to be helpful.
