I support mujeres experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions and navigating everyday life stressors. I provide a compassionate, culturally affirming and non-judgmental space for mujeres to learn more about themselves, to slow down, to feel their feelings and care for all of their pedacitos. I am here to remind mujeres that they don't have to do it alone. That they are worthy of living a fulfilling, peaceful and heart-centered life.
