Here are some principles that guide my work: In order to be deeply connected you must stand on your own two feet. You can’t outsource your self worth. Passion fades when you play it safe. Your ability to tell the truth and hold your ground determines the depth of your connection. Anxiety spreads, but you don’t have to catch it. Be open to everything and cling to nothing.
