I help folks identify, access, and more effectively use their strengths and resilience - even under incredibly difficult and complex circumstances. Clients come to my practice to find alternatives to patterns and behaviors that are no longer working, to heal from traumas, explore identity, navigate transitions, and get unstuck. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who want real change, more support, effective boundaries, and honest connection in their lives using a social justice counseling framework that is client-defined, trauma-informed and strengths-based.
