I provide therapy to individuals, adults, adolescents, families & couples struggling with mental health disorders, poor communication, & issues that interfere with a quality of life and cohesiveness with others. I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, complex trauma & addictions. I use a person-centered approach to build a trusting relationship with my clients and offer a healing environment to begin the healing process. I strive to help individuals learn and develop useful tools, decrease maladaptive behaviors & help them change their distorted thinking that most often interferes with success.
