Hi! I'm Sheila Redoutey. Empathic psychotherapy is different than what you might imagine therapy to be — even if you’ve tried therapy before. Your story matters. I was born and raised in the mid-west, and started my career in nursing. After thirty years of nursing, I went back to school for my Masters in Social Work to embrace a client-centered approach to mental health.
