Hi, my name is Sheila Wallace, and my preferred name is Layla. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in California; I have been licensed for 5 years but have worked in the Mental Health field supporting individuals from all backgrounds for 15 years. Currently, I provide individual therapy to adults ages 18 and up. I have worked with all ages and backgrounds dealing with a variety of needs. More specifically, I have supported individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, life transitions, and stressors, and Mood and Thought Disorders such as bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia.
