I consider it an honor that I spend my career being a witness to the lives, stories, and growth of my clients. I strive to create a space where those who meet with me can develop a sense of safety to express what they need to heal unresolved hurts and achieve their personal therapy goals. Clients work with me on building insight, practicing acceptance, challenging unhelpful thought & behavior patterns, and learning skills to improve their self-care and coping. View 6 Photos Trauma Informed Care and Anti-Racist Psychotherapy principles are foundational to my therapeutic approach. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address traumas and unresolved underlying sources of present distress. I also draw on a mix of therapies to best meet your personal needs; including Schema, ACT, IFS, CBT and DBT.
