I’m a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University with a deep commitment to human connection, healing, and advocacy. I work with individuals ages 13 and up, offering support around trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, etc. The people I work with are often seeking a space where they can feel supported, understood, and met with compassion. They may be carrying stories that haven’t had space to be fully held or navigating changes that feel overwhelming or isolating. My role is to offer a steady presence, someone to listen, reflect, and walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences.
