If you have ever had the feeling that you’ve lost yourself or can't handle things anymore, you are not alone. Therapy can be a place to get to know yourself in a new way and to discover that you can be the hero of your life. I work with adults and adolescents, and at this time, I offer in-person services in Thibodaux as well as telehealth services throughout the state of Louisiana. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and whole-person lens and will work with you to find the best route to healing.
