I understand the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort between myself and in the client as they are and allow them to grow in their own time. I aim to help clients amplify their voices and experiences as they walk through their journey. My practice focuses on individuals, including adolescents and couples. I have experience working with these individual and couples through issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and high-risk adolescents. I enjoy helping couples work through conflict resolution and communication issues.
