I'm passionate about working with couples, individuals, and teens to help foster deeper connections within relationships and navigate some of life's heavier transitions. I've also focused on helping women navigate postpartum challenges as one of my passions. I received my Master's in Social Work from USC which well equipped me to provide effective care in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that each individual carries a complex story shaped by relationships, environment, and survival strategies. Whether you are facing trauma, relationship, or life challenges I tailor each session to unravel the patterns, pain, and protective mechanisms that may be holding you back from moving forward.
