I'm Shelby Myers, owner and counselor of Strong Heart Counseling. I have a warm, interactive, and direct approach to therapy. I work to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment in which my clients can heal and grow. I work with individuals, couples, families, and LGBTQIA+. I love to work with individuals, couples, and families who are searching for answers, have experienced trauma, are transitioning in life, or are experiencing relationship issues. I use a combined method approach to therapy, drawing on Internal Family Systems, the Gottman method, feminist and client focused therapy.
