I have experience with individual, family, and group modalities and will use an integrative approach based on your needs. This may include: client-centered, mindfulness, solution focused, and trauma-informed techniques. I truly believe that having a good relationship and feeling comfortable with your therapist is an essential part of therapy. I provide a relaxed casual environment where you'll feel you can express yourself openly without judgment. I will warmly, but honestly guide you through your journey of change, adjustment, and growth.
