I am here to create a safe and supportive space for you. My goal is to empower you to experience long-term growth, utilizing strength-focused, trauma-informed, and evidence-based therapy. Main clinical areas I treat are depression, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, school challenges, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, trauma, and stress. My approach with youth is derived from training in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, CBT, ERP, and play therapy. Using these techniques, I develop an understanding of each person’s internal and external world to identify the earliest point of change and facilitate improved functioning.
