Currently accepting new clients. Choosing a therapist is very personal decision. It can be about basics such as location and insurances accepted. But it also is about having a supportive therapist that is committed to help you through whatever challenges you face. It can be difficult to make the decision to enter into therapy. I do my best to make it a supportive and comfortable place that is nonjudgmental. I also offer canine assisted therapy upon request. My background has been a combination of community mental health agencies, youth and family services and private practice. Much of my training is regarding depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and relational problems.
