Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and it helps to have someone you can talk to—someone who really listens and cares about what you’re going through. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share your story and supported as you work toward what’s most important to you. I’m a person-centered therapist, trained in EMDR therapy, and I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. I specialize in helping people who are navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and those who would like to achieve personal growth. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and work toward meaningful change.
