My deepest intention for clients is that they feel safe, uplifted, & more closely aligned with their hearts’ true desires. Our inner truth is important. I encourage clients to cultivate a genuine & authentic approach to life, regardless of earlier life messaging or oppressions. I am a L3, Certified IFS Therapist, trained by the IFS Institute. IFS is a deeply impactful, heart-centered model. I customize my approach to meet the individual's needs, strengths, & personality. My therapy style is warm, relaxed, relational, & experiential.
