Helping people to achieve their full potential is my passion. In my nearly 20 years in the social work field, I’ve worked with a broad range of clients – from 5 year old children facing traumatic abuse to 100 year old Sisters suffering from dementia. I’ve helped homeless teen parents, boys and girls, men and women, people who weren’t sure who they were and people fighting to be recognized for who they are. View 4 Photos I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach and use a trauma-informed care perspective. I also use Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing to better understand what makes you you. I draw from an eclectic collection of modalities. I am trained in EMDR, but use it on a selective basis.
