Now Accepting NEW clients! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and former Division I and pro athlete who knows firsthand the power of resilience and a strong support system. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow—kind of like a team, but without the sprints and angry coaches. I work with teens, adults, and fellow athletes (current or retired) navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and performance concerns. My style is collaborative, practical, and infused with humor when the moment calls for it.
